In the Nikoljac neighborhood of Bijelo Polje, plans are in place to build a five-story residential building, which will include one commercial space and a total of 39 apartments.
This is outlined in the conceptual design created by the Intesa Group studio, which has been approved by the chief state architect.
According to the document, the building will be constructed in the Nikoljac neighborhood, where an existing structure will be demolished. The future building will feature a basement, ground floor, and five upper floors. The basement will have 22 parking spaces, while the ground floor will include one commercial space and four apartments. The first to the fifth floors will consist of apartments, with seven residential units per floor.
The building will thus have a total of 39 apartments. The total gross area of the building is approximately 4,000 square meters.
Private individuals are listed as the investors for this project.
