The common goal is development that will benefit the entire municipality of Ulcinj and Montenegro, taking into account the views, desires and needs of Ulcinj’s citizens, as well as the exceptional potential of the local community, stated Prime Minister Milojko Spajić.

In his message to Ulcinj Municipality President Genc Nimanbegu and the President of the Municipal Assembly, Ivana Popović, on the occasion of Ulcinj’s Municipality Day, Spajić emphasized that by strategically planning the country’s development, the government is creating an environment and conditions for every region and municipality to make the best use of its resources, for the benefit of all citizens.

“In this regard, Ulcinj has the opportunity to, while respecting tradition, authenticity, and the unique natural, historical, cultural, and sociological patterns of this area, as well as the needs of future generations and society as a whole, begin large-scale development projects with the support of the government,” said Spajić.

He expressed confidence that the intention of decision-makers at all levels is the well-being of all citizens.
