CEDIS launches tender for smart metering project phase IV

Montenegrin power distribution company CEDIS has announced a public tender for the fourth phase of its Advanced Metering Management (AMM) project, involving the relocation of metering points and reconstruction of low-voltage networks. The estimated value of the procurement is €8 million.

Participation requirements

Only business entities registered in the Central Register of Business Entities (or equivalent registry in their country of origin) may participate. Joint bids are permitted, but each member must meet registration requirements.

Warranty conditions

  • Minimum 12-month warranty for completed works
  • 3-year warranty for installed metering and distribution cabinets
    Warranty period begins after approval by the Technical Inspection Commission.

Bids remain valid for 120 days

This modernization project aims to improve energy consumption measurement accuracy and grid efficiency across Montenegro’s power distribution network.
