This year, Montenegro is seeing increased interest from various source markets. High occupancy rates at The Chedi Luštica Bay hotel and rental apartments during the spring and upcoming summer season confirm that the market recognizes the vision of a place where guests feel they belong and want to return year-round, said Montenegro’s Minister of Tourism, Simonida Kordić.

Kordić visited key tourist facilities and spoke with representatives of Luštica Bay, who expressed satisfaction with the pre-season and expectations for the peak tourist months ahead.

The marketing director of Luštica Bay, Slavica Milić, highlighted that The Chedi continues to attract a sophisticated international clientele, with guest numbers on track to exceed expectations. This year marks about a 10% growth compared to the previous season, reinforcing past successes. The hotel maintains stable occupancy throughout the year, reflecting both seasonal dynamics and year-round appeal.

Luštica Bay is more than just a summer destination; it exemplifies a sustainable development approach and contributes to Montenegro’s strategic positioning in tourism. With plans for seven hotels and a future world-class golf course, the area aims to extend the tourist season on the Tivat Riviera and establish Montenegro as a global golf destination.
