Fixed-line telephony in Montenegro sees slight growth, Crnogorski Telekom leads market

At the end of March, Montenegro had 191,410 fixed telephone connections, a slight increase compared to February, according to data from the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (EKIP).

Crnogorski Telekom held the largest share with 99,850 connections (52.16 percent), followed by M:tel with 72,600 (37.93 percent), Telemach with 16,270 (8.5 percent), One with 2,690 (1.4 percent), and Orion Telekom with 15 connections.

Compared to the same period last year, the total number of fixed-line users in March increased by 0.84 percent. Of all connections, 84.84 percent are used by individuals, while 15.16 percent are used by businesses.
