Monrus Investment is one step closer to building a new apartment complex in Bečići, featuring a total of 154 apartments. The Environmental Protection Agency has approved the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the project, confirming that it complies with the law and includes measures to prevent, reduce, or eliminate harmful environmental effects during construction, operation, and in case of accidents.
The building, developed in cooperation with several private individuals, will cover a total gross area of over 26,000 m² and will be divided into three sections (A, B, and C). It will consist of a ground floor plus six floors, along with four basement levels.
Construction will take place in two phases: the first phase will focus on building the underground levels S1 to S4 for all three sections, while the second phase will cover the above-ground floors, including duplex apartments on the top floor.
Apartment distribution includes 19 studios, 77 one-bedroom, 45 two-bedroom, and 4 three-bedroom units, plus 6 three-bedroom duplexes and 2 four-bedroom apartments. The complex will also feature a green flat roof and a swimming pool on the inner side of the building.
There will be three underground parking levels with a total of 145 parking spaces, including 15 reserved for people with reduced mobility and disabilities.
The conceptual design was created by Tim Projekt.
