New residential building with commercial spaces planned in Ulcinj by Kemea

The company Kemea from Ulcinj plans to construct a residential building in the city, located at Kodre 1. The building will consist of a basement, ground floor, and five upper floors, with a total of 80 apartments. Additionally, three commercial spaces are planned.

This is outlined in the conceptual design prepared by V&B Studio Design, which has been approved by the chief state architect.

According to the document, the building is intended for residential purposes with commercial activities on the ground floor. The entrance will be located on the northwestern and southeastern sides. The total gross area of the building is 6,932 m², with 2,318 m² dedicated to commercial space.

The ground floor of the building is designed to accommodate three commercial spaces, while the upper floors will be used for residential apartments. As mentioned earlier, the building will contain a total of 80 apartments of various sizes, with 16 apartments on each floor.

Parking will be provided in a garage and on open areas of the plot, offering a total of 115 parking spaces for future residents.
