The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, has promulgated the Budget Law for this year, which was adopted by the Parliament.
According to a statement from his office, Milatović also promulgated amendments to the Law on the Budget and Fiscal Responsibility, as well as the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, which were passed during the same parliamentary session.

In accordance with the Constitution, the President of Montenegro is required to promulgate the law within seven days of its adoption, or within three days if adopted in an urgent procedure.
