Voli Trade begins construction of administrative building and shopping center in Podgorica

Voli Trade has started the construction of a new administrative building in Podgorica, on the site of the former Radoje Dakić factory. The project, which includes both an administrative building and a shopping center, will be developed on two urban plots totaling approximately 22,000 square meters.

The administrative building will feature a garage, ground floor, and two upper floors. The total net area of the building will be 5,975.28 m², with a gross area of 6,391.28 m². The ground floor will include a reception hall, a large presentation hall, and several offices, while the mezzanine will house additional offices and a data center. The upper floors will contain sectorized offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and kitchens.

The shopping center will have a total net area of 17,255.48 m² (gross area of 18,363.97 m²), also with a garage, ground floor, and two upper floors. The ground floor will feature a hypermarket, a take-and-go restaurant, and spaces for a pharmacy and a bank. The first floor will include a restaurant with a terrace, VIP rooms, and other facilities. The second floor will be dedicated to market administration and an archive.
